Abdul Nabi's Mosque
Abdul Nabi mosque, concerning 400m north of the Tilak Bridge, lies
through its reverse on the Mathura road. It is a rubble-built arrangement
consisting of a prayer-hall entered from side to side three arched
openings, the middle apartment building of which is provided by
means of a dome. The covered passages on the sides of its square
have moved out.
Abdul Nabi's Mosque, a rubble-built structure, lies through its
reverse on the Mathura road near the Tilak Bridge. It was built
in 1575-1576 by Shaikh 'Abdu'n Nabi, the ecclesiastical registrar
in Akbar's reign.
The mosque consists of a prayer-hall which is able to be entered
from side to side three vaulted openings. The frontage of the prayer-hall
was initially bedecked with decorated tiles, which encompass been
more often than not disappeared.
Indira Gandhi International Airport, 15 km south of the city,
is the nearby airport. New Delhi Railway Station is the nearest
railway station.
